Science Festival 2024

The SONIC lab had the pleasure of attending and presenting at MSU’s annual Science Festival. Our booth was called “Can You Hear Me Now? How Parkinson’s Disease Affects Speech and What We Can Do About It.” Aishwarya presented on how speech is affected by neurological disease like Parkinson’s disease (PD), Maura provided many local PD resources, Thea ran the “SEE YOUR SPEECH” station, and Brooke helped the littles with crafts.
